Virtual Venues Network Subscriber Overview
The Virtual Venues Network secures the legal rights to broadcast performances to our subscribers directly with artists, management, labels, Intellectual Property rights holders and all licensing authorities.
In addition to licensing premium user content, VVN's camera crews capture new events each week from stages around the world and instantly encode for distribution to the subscriber network via LIMELIGHT NETWORK's global content delivery network.
These events are exclusive property of the artist or intellectual property holder and are not available to the public in any other format. You are reselling proprietary content that the consumer can only witness at participating VVN venues via our patented ClubLyncTM receiver.
The ClubLyncTM is rack-mounted at the house sound position with multiple out options to projection equipment and audio gear and is provided to all participating commercial subscribers.
The video content is high resolution and replicates the artist performance on your hometown stage. The digital audio is a stereo combination of ambient room and board-fed mixes delivered directly to your house sound system, allowing your engineer flexibility to effect and best mix to the room.
VVN allows the legal reselling to the public by granting a single play authority to each participating venue in the network. The ClubLyncTM will automatically delete the file.
Participating venues must provide broadband access to each ClubLyncTM receiver. Broadcasts usually become available seven days after the source event concludes and are available to subscribers for a single download-and-play, following the live performance. You must download within that time.
Marketing
We want to help you sell tickets! VVN is a revenue share company with both the artist and the presenter. The artist is allowing you to promote a VVN date because they want to reach out or build the fan base in your market. VVN will work with the artist to maximize your ticket sales.
Download pre-approved ad mats, photos and poster slicks for your show from VVN's promotions page. Piggyback on the national advertising of the nearest live show to you and cross promote that live event in advance. Promote this show from the stage and in local media just like you would any other live event.
The Virtual Venues Network international brand will direct consumers to www.virtualvenues.net and list all participating subscribers by zip code. Customers can locate the nearest VVN partner and purchase tickets on-line at our site for any and all venues. A portion of all on-line service charges are DONATED to charities at the point of purchase via a pull down menu allowing the customer to choose the recipient.

In addition to concert streams, movie theatres provide a perfect opportunity for quality viewing of non-musical events like theatre, Broadway shows and comedy. As these broadcasts are premium one-time events, ticket prices can range from $8 to $12. and fall into line with typical movie pricing.
College Campuses and Classrooms
In addition to suggestions above, spoken word events, interviews, lectures and socio-political occurrences are particularly served by this new media portal. As most campuses already have the necessary broadband as well as audio and video equipment, you need only bring the ClubLync into classroom or dining hall to the participate in the network!
ADMISSION
Charge an $8 to $ 12. admission (depending on the event, VVN will suggest a range based upon national averages). Keep the party going after the broadcast with a live "tribute" act, DJ, theme party or dance band. Tickets purchased on-line through VVN's own ticket service donate their service charges to socially responsible causes, PAC's and charities and let the ticket buyer choose which to benefit.
REBROADCASTING
Once Virtual Venues has licensed an event, it is catalogued and archived in our library. In most cases, with the consent of the artist and presenter, you will be able to download VVN events again at a later date, but re-broadcasting is not available for at least 90 days after the original broadcast date.
SUBSCRIBER COSTS
Your subscription to the Virtual Venue network is $99.95 per month. The lease of your receiver box is free with your subscription. Registered network subscribers pay a $300.00 per event download fee, versus 66% of the Gross Box Office receipts, whichever is greater. Admission prices must be at least $8. per attendee, and cannot exceed $12. A certified box office report must be provided within 24 hours following each event and payment must be made to The Virtual Venues Network within three working days.
All VVN subscribers are responsible for ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and/or Harry Fox fees (see table rate schedule) and must have current licenses with each.
You will need a high-speed internet connection to your front of house sound position to receive premium events. Pre-recorded archived material from our library is also available in a single-play DVD format when high-speed internet or satellite connectivity is not an option. We'll help you find the best service available in your area and assist with your installation.

Michael is a seasoned entrepreneur with over twenty five years of direct music industry experience. He has produced over 3,000 concerts while serving in numerous capacities as presenter, club owner, financier, talent buyer and performer. Michael has developed countless long-standing relationships within the industry and an in-depth understanding of musical genres and demographics.
Jon Luini - Co-Founder & CTO
Jon has been a pioneer in the Internet music space since 1993, when he co-founded the paradigm-shifting Internet Underground Music Archive (IUMA). Since 1999, Jon's company, Chime Interactive, has provided consulting, production and technology services to artists, managers, tour agencies, and labels (including Joe Satriani, Madonna, My Chemical Romance, Radiohead, Sheryl Crow, Los Lobos, Monterey Peninsula Artists, High Road Touring, Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival, AOL, Red Light Management, Warner Brothers).

Chris is a serial entrepreneur and acknowledged leader in the consumer electronics industry. Arthur Rosato - Video Director
Arthur is currently the video director for the three biggest music festivals in the U.S.; the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, The Essence Festival and Bonnaroo. Although known primarily as a video director and producer, he has played a myriad of important rolls from musician to production manager. He has worked in the studio and toured with such artists as Bob Dylan, Santana, George Harrison, Counting Crows, Bruce Springsteen, and many others. Arthur is bringing that wisdom, skill, and talent to the production staff of VVN.

Linden Livoni brings over 25 years of engineering and operations experience to VVN with extensive knowledge in managing high-technology systems and product development programs from concept through manufacturing. Prior to VVN, Linden held executive management positions in several well know companies including PowerFile, Lumisys/Kodak, RVision, Greyhawk Systems, and Diasonics.
